Blossoms, Seasons, and Strength: Paint Night with Blue Star Families
On a recent evening at the Warriors Art Room, creativity and community came together in a truly inspiring way. In proud partnership with Blue Star Families, we hosted a special Paint Demo Night led by our incredibly talented resident artist, ShyAnne Glebocki.
The theme for the night was “Blossom in Every Season,” a symbolic tree painting featuring four branches—each one representing a different season of life: spring, summer, fall, and winter. As each brush stroke brought the tree to life, participants reflected on the resilience and adaptability that define both military life and the human spirit.
ShyAnne guided everyone through the painting process with both warmth and skill, creating a space where veterans, military families, and community members could come together not just to make art—but to connect and share. The energy in the room was calm but full of purpose. People opened up, laughed, and supported one another throughout the night. It was really something special.
We are so grateful to everyone who joined us. Events like these remind us that healing and connection can come from even a simple canvas and a splash of color.

We can't wait to do it again.
